Once you got on the right road, it was easy to find. Property was nice. All the amenities were in good order. Slept okay.

The staff and the room that they put me in, which is perfect for me because I work at night and I do sleep when I’m down in the Bay Area working and it’s nice and quiet in the room is dark and quiet and they know who I am when I get there And I do like that recognition

It was in a good location in Alameda, across the river from Oakland, so not quite as dangerous a neighborhood. There were restaurants nearby, and since I was traveling by train, it's closeness to the rail connections was a big plus. The room's heating worked well (digital thermostat) and the bathroom was good.

I didn't use the breakfast, I was not told where it was. The room was very nice, everything worked, the lady from the front desk came and helped get the TV going and straightened the internet out. Also the complex was more quiet than I expected. I will stay there again.

Very convenient Alameda location close to 880 via the Tube. Walk to Starbucks, Peets next door. A great price, no frills, you just get what you pay for.

very close to everything. the front desk was very informative about what travelers could do/see locally. the room was clean and cheery. Its no nonsense . I felt safe as a female traveler, traveling alone Walking distance to Peets coffee :)
